Returns & Refunds 

*All Food and Food related goods are non-returnable and non-refundable.

*Refunds will only be provided if the food product is discontinued/no longer available in the market by the Manufacturer and will be provided back to customer's original payment method. 

*Please notify palengke.ca within 24hrs of receiving your shipment of any product defects and we will ensure our supply network is aware and provide a quick resolution. 

*MRO Products will be subject to restocking fee for any approved returns and RMA/RGA# will be provided. 

A restocking charge of 25% will apply on stock items, or that imposed by manufacturer should the fees be greater. The following conditions must be met. Failure to do so could result in refusal of a shipment by us. Goods must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase; At the time of the return, goods must be a stock item with Palengke Wholesale and the returned quantity must correspond to the quantity of the original packaging; Approval and shipping destination must be obtained from Palengke Wholesale before returning goods; Goods must be returned to the appropriate location within 10 working days after receiving the RGA number; The RGA number and invoice number must be identified on the return address label; Goods must be in their original packaging, arrive undamaged and in resellable form All returns are to be sent prepaid; Custom/Special Goods ordered products is considered non-returnable/non-refundable – these products are identified with a part number on quotes and invoices. Restocking charges on Non-stock or Custom items will be determined by Palengke Wholesale.  Palengke Wholesale reserves the right to deny any Returns or Claims if the above conditions are not met. Orders for products affected by x-factor events such as viral outbreaks and other extreme circumstances CANNOT be returned once shipped and billed.

*Custom Manufactured designs/Fabricated MRO Products are considered non-returnable and non-refundable due to specialty and market-unique properties of the product.

Refunds

*Palengke Wholesale will only provide refund if the product is no longer available in the market and food manufacturer has discontinued the product.

*All refunds will be refunded back to your original payment method minus 5.95% cancellation fee or 110% in-store credit.

*All sales are final.
